1. What is your order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CET - Amsterdam Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Order transit time is  5-8 business days. So, the total delivery time is 6-10 business days depending on your location and the carrier used. We’ll keep you updated with tracking details.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands.
